Food & Drink at the shows

We look to confirm our food and drink suppliers for the season usually in the autumn of the year prior. This helps everyone plan and as much as possible, other than some late sickness, means our food and drink concessions for our show season is booked in advance.

Great British Motor Shows is a series of classic and performance motor shows across the country. We are looking to have 12-14 events that will require a mixture of providers and we will be updating this page and our Facebook (along with the Festival Traders UK group) once the tender process is open.

We are interested in suppliers who can either work across the entire season and bring together the mix of needs in one or individual local suppliers.  If you can collate and coordinate as a single supplier for all the events or if you have interest in attending a selection, indicate which shows you are interested in supporting when you submit your details.

The venues

The shows consist of a range of venues, mostly at historic houses.  Our visitor numbers vary depending upon location and we get thousands of visitors across each day of the events and once we have the full calendar confirmed, the venues will be updated below.

  • Yorkshire – Ripley Castle and Ripon Racecourse (including alcohol)
  • Northumberland – Tynedale Rugby Club Corbridge
  • Lancashire – Hoghton Tower, Lytham Hall, Leighton Tower

What we’re after

We would like to also have an offering in the mix of food and drink providers to cater for the modern food pallet and dietary needs i.e. indulgent and healthy, diary free, gluten free, wheat free etc so please ensure you indicate the range of foods below in your submission.
