Club entry is for individual club members or club admins to join the show – minimum of 5 vehicles required by the time entries close.   Club entry will close at least 1 week before the show and space will be allocated based on the final number of entries.  Please remember to bring gazebo, club flags and bunting to make your stand look the best it can!

Awards for the best club stand are part of the arena day which starts at 10.30-10.45 so please listen out for the PA and timings to join in with the day.

Entry is from 7.30-10am with public entry from 10am.  The arena begins from 10.30-10.45am onwards with the public vote for ‘Vehicle of the Show’ at 3.30-3.45pm, please join in with the day.

Adult entry is for adults over the age of 16 years, Children are 5-15yrs (under 5’s are free).    Please have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Children must be accompanied by one adult.

Street food vendors and traders will be on site available to serve you barista coffee/tea, breakfast, lunches and snacks throughout the day (and maybe a bar for the non-drivers!)

A train will be running from the show to the house courtyard and discounted entry to the House and Gardens will be announced in coming weeks.
