Who provides your membership
Your membership is supplied by Great British Motor Shows Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12755643.

These terms cover Individual and Dual Full Annual Membership. They do not describe Associate membership or monthly-payment plans.
Your plan, price and membership period
Individual Annual Membership is £35 for one named holder. Dual Annual Membership is £60 for two named holders and includes two named, non-transferable membership cards. Individual Annual Membership is available year-round.
These are the total membership prices, including applicable VAT. VAT, booking fees and administration fees are not added on top. Any separate optional purchase is not included in membership and must be chosen separately.
Membership runs for 12 months from the date you join, not until the end of a calendar year or show season. Payment is taken annually through the secure checkout. Your confirmation records your plan, membership period, price and next renewal date. Do not buy another subscription simply to recover access to a membership you have already paid for; contact us for help.
Named holders and eligible entry
Individual membership is for its named holder. Dual is for its two named holders; each card may be used only by the person named on it. Cards cannot be lent, transferred or used as interchangeable guest or club passes. Provide another person’s details only with their permission and direct them to our Privacy Policy. Follow the holder-setup instructions supplied with your subscription and contact us to correct inaccurate holder details.
Full membership provides eligible exhibitor entry under the membership and event conditions. Dual covers the usual GBMS calendar, including Signature shows, plus exhibitor entry for its named holders at Masters of Motoring at Longleat. Longleat coverage is exhibitor entry, not general visitor admission or hospitality.
You must still follow each event’s vehicle-eligibility, registration and arrival requirements. Membership does not automatically reserve a vehicle display place or replace a required event registration. Check the event details before travelling. Additional facilities and partner offers apply only where specifically offered and on their stated conditions; this membership does not create an entitlement to unlisted extras.
Automatic annual renewal and stopping renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every 12 months at your agreed annual price—£35 for Individual or £60 for Dual—unless renewal is stopped.
To stop the next renewal, email steve@greatbritishmotorshows.com or write to our postal contact above before the next renewal date. Say clearly that you want to stop your annual membership renewing. Include your name and, if available, your account email and membership or payment reference so we can find the subscription. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.
We will confirm the change and when your membership ends. Stopping a future renewal normally leaves your membership available until the end of the period already paid for. It is different from exercising your right to cancel within the cancellation period below. Contact us if a charge is taken after you have stopped renewal or if you believe a refund is due.
Your 14-day cancellation right
You may cancel your online annual membership without giving a reason during the cancellation period. This ends 14 days after the day the contract was made. Your legal cancellation period may be longer if required cancellation information was not provided.
Tell us by emailing steve@greatbritishmotorshows.com or writing to our postal contact above. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is sufficient; the form below is optional. Sending your cancellation before the period ends is sufficient—you do not have to wait for our reply.
If you ask us expressly to start supplying membership during those 14 days and then cancel, a proportionate amount for service actually supplied before cancellation may be payable, but only where the law permits it and the required information was given. We will explain any lawful calculation. There is no cancellation or refund administration fee. Merely issuing or displaying a membership card does not by itself remove your cancellation rights.
We will make any refund due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Any lawful deduction for service supplied during the cancellation period will be explained. Where the law does not permit such a deduction, no deduction will be made.

Help, complaints and statutory rights
If you cannot access a card, have a payment query or want to complain, contact us using the details above. Explain the problem and include a reference if available. We will investigate and respond; you do not have to use a particular form to raise a complaint.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights where a service has not been supplied as agreed. Refund requests outside the initial cancellation period will be considered according to those rights and the circumstances. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or make a digital card a waiver of your rights.
