Food and drink concessions are not booked as trader pitches
Catering provision is tendered separately for each following season. We normally open that process in the autumn of the year before the shows, so please do not use the general trader booking form for food, drink or ice-cream concessions.

Can I book an autojumble pitch?
Autojumble sellers offering car and motorcycle parts, tools, manuals, automobilia and relevant restoration items are welcome. 2027 bookings are coming soon; join the newsletter or enquire by email while arrangements are confirmed.
Can dealerships or automotive service businesses attend?
New and used car dealerships, specialist garages, restorers, insurance providers, storage companies and other relevant automotive businesses are welcome to enquire about 2027 opportunities.
Is it cheaper to book in advance?
2027 prices and any advance-booking rates will be announced when confirmed. Check the details for your chosen show before booking.
What time can traders set up?
2027 trader arrival windows and any advance setup options will be confirmed separately for each show.
Are car-boot pitches accepted?
No. General car-boot selling is not accepted. Stands should be relevant to motoring or provide an appropriate complementary product range for the event audience.
How do I apply for a food or drink concession?
Food, drink and ice-cream providers follow a separate tender process, normally announced in the autumn before the following season. Join the newsletter and follow Great British Motor Shows on social media for announcements.
